Fished between October and April under highly regulated conditions, the rare and wild scallop from the Bay of Saint Brieuc is a protected gift of nature. Every effort is made by the fishermen themselves not to alter the reproduction of this jewel of the Atlantic, highly prized by gourmets and fine dining.
With 2 fishing trips of 45 minutes per week (from October to April) to preserve the resource, recognized by MSC. The scallops entrusted to us are absolutely fresh. Fished and landed less than 4 hours later in one of the 6 fishing ports in Brittany, you benefit from all its freshness, nutritional qualities and taste.
Why don't the scallops from the Bay of Saint-Brieuc have coral?
When fishing resumes in October, after the breeding
season has ended, the coral disappears.
